History

With over 50 years of culinary expertise brings a wealth of experience in Dominican, Cuban, and Mexican cuisine. Hailing from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, our culinary journey began alongside our mother, affectionately known as Mami Nena. Starting at a young age, Mami Nena imparted a deep love for cooking, a passion that has stayed with us throughout our lives. In Los Angeles, California, we have successfully owned a Cuban restaurant for many years.

Our culinary philosophy centers on using natural ingredients without any substitutes. Much of our cuisine is crafted from fresh produce grown in our own garden. Our devotion to family, friends, and savoring life's moments fuels our love for cooking, and we're eager to share this passion with those around us.
